Privacy Policy

How Briloora — a brand of Corhaven Technologies Private Limited — collects, uses and safeguards your personal data. Customers first; service providers further down.

Who this applies to

This section covers customers — anyone who books car cleaning through the Briloora app or website. If you provide services on the platform as a Partner Manager or Service Partner, the Service Provider policy further down applies to you instead.

Briloora is a brand owned and operated by Corhaven Technologies Private Limited, registered at G-36, First Floor, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001, India.

What we collect

We only collect what the service needs to run.

Your account

  • Name, mobile number and email address
  • Profile photo, if you add one
  • Your address for service: city, area, society, tower and flat number

Your vehicle

  • Make, model and vehicle type
  • Vehicle registration number
  • Colour, parking location and any access instructions you give us

Your bookings

  • Service history, scheduled dates and the plan you are on
  • Photographs of your vehicle taken before and after each clean, so you can see the work that was done
  • Ratings and feedback you leave

Technical data

  • A push notification token, so we can tell you when a cleaner is on the way
  • Sign-in identifiers issued by Firebase Authentication

We do not track your location. The app does not collect GPS coordinates from your device.

How we use it

  • To create your account and verify your mobile number
  • To schedule cleans and assign a verified cleaner to your vehicle
  • To show you before-and-after photographs of each service
  • To take payment and issue refunds
  • To notify you about your bookings
  • To answer your support requests and investigate complaints
  • To detect fraud and misuse of the platform
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Every vendor is bound by contract to protect your data and to use it only for the purpose we engaged them for.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your full card details are entered on Razorpay's systems and are never stored on Briloora's servers.

How long we keep it

  • Account and booking records: while your account is active, and for up to five years after closure to meet tax and legal obligations
  • Service photographs: retained with the booking record they belong to
  • Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you: kept indefinitely

Your rights

You can:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong — most of it is editable in the app
  • Delete your account and your data — see the account deletion page
  • Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time
  • Complain to us, and to the Data Protection Board of India

Children

Briloora is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, role-based access controls so staff only see what their job requires, and logging of sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own account credentials safe.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and tell you in the app or by email. The date at the top of this page always shows when it last changed.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

For Service Providers

The section below is the privacy policy for Partner Managers and Service Partners who provide services through the Briloora platform. It does not apply to customers.

1. Background and Applicability

About Briloora

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Briloora Brand Of Corhaven Technologies Private limited ("Briloora", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal data when you engage with us through our mobile application or platform (“Briloora App”) as a Partner Manager or Service Partner (collectively, “you” or “Service Provider”).

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws in India.

Scope

This Policy applies specifically to individuals operating on Briloora’s platform to provide vehicle grooming or related services to end customers via assignments received through the Briloora App. By using the Briloora App or services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

Identity and Contact Data

Full name, gender, photograph, mobile number, email ID

Government-issued ID: Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving License

Residential address (permanent and current)

Professional and Financial Data

Bank account details, UPI ID, cheque copies

GST details, training certifications, insurance nominations

Work history, service preferences, ratings, onboarding documents

References and employment history (if applicable)

Device and Technical Data

IP address, device ID, OS version, mobile device metadata

App usage logs, crash reports, GPS location (when enabled)

Usage and Communication Data

Booking history, earnings records, feedback and reviews

In-app communication with customers, calls/chats with support

Customer complaints and service quality assessments

KYC documents, passbook, salary proofs, nominee details

Health declarations (e.g., vaccination status) if required

3. How We Collect Your Data

We collect your personal data via:

Direct submissions during registration and onboarding

In-app activity such as booking completions, service logs

Automated tracking tools, cookies, location services

Third-party partners: background verification agencies, payment processors, insurance providers

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

Verifying identity and assessing eligibility to partner with Briloora

Creating and managing your service provider profile

Assigning jobs, tracking performance, and managing grievances

Disbursing payments, processing loans or insurance benefits

Sending alerts, service updates, or promotional content

Detecting fraud, monitoring misuse, or deactivating services

Fulfilling obligations under the Tripartite Agreement

Complying with applicable laws, tax obligations, or law enforcement requests

We process your data on the basis of:

Performance of a contract (Tripartite Agreement with Briloora)

Compliance with legal obligations

Legitimate interest in protecting platform integrity and service quality

Your explicit consent (where required, such as GPS or promotions)

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies, device identifiers, and analytics tools to:

Improve platform performance and personalize content

Track service activity and location during job completion

Secure your session and detect unauthorized use

You may disable cookies in your browser/app settings, though some features may become unavailable.

7. Disclosures of Your Data

We may share your data with:

Customers: name, photo, and contact details during active bookings

Third-party vendors: payment processors, loan/insurance partners, device/IoT support teams

Analytics or IT service providers for product enhancement

Government authorities or courts, if required by law

We require all external vendors to protect your data per contract and not use it for their own purposes.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate security controls to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or modification of your data:

Role-based access controls

IoT control of Briloora Kit devices for misuse prevention

Logging and tracking of critical actions

However, no system is entirely secure. You must also take responsibility for protecting your login credentials and devices.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

Access or rectify your personal data

Request deletion of your account and associated data

Withdraw consent to non-essential data use (e.g., GPS, marketing)

Opt out of promotional communications

10. Data Retention

We retain your data:

As long as you remain an active Partner Manager or Service Partner

For up to 5 years post-termination to comply with legal, financial, or tax obligations

Indefinitely in anonymized or aggregated form for platform analytics

11. Account Deletion and Deactivation

Upon receiving a request to delete your account:

We will disable access within 7 working days

We may retain essential transaction data for legal compliance

You will lose access to any pending payments, bookings, or welfare incentives

12. Business Transitions

In case Briloora is acquired, merged, or restructured, your data may be transferred to the successor entity. We will ensure your rights continue to be protected.

13. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via app notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
