Deleting your Briloora account

You can ask us to delete your Briloora account and the personal data attached to it at any time. You do not need to give a reason.

Briloora is a brand owned and operated by Corhaven Technologies Private Limited.

How to request deletion

From the app

1. Open the Briloora app and go to Profile
2. Choose Account → Delete account
3. Confirm the request

By email

Send a request to hello@briloora.com from the email address registered on your account, or write from any address quoting the mobile number the account uses. Put Account deletion request in the subject line.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that nobody else can close your account.

What happens next

• We acknowledge the request and disable access within 7 working days.
• Any active subscription is cancelled. Unused days are refunded on a pro-rata basis under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Once the account is closed you will lose access to your booking history and to any Briloora wallet balance, so please use or withdraw anything owed to you first.

What is deleted

• Your name, mobile number, email address and profile photo
• Your service address: society, tower and flat
• Your vehicle records, including registration number and access instructions
• Before-and-after photographs of your vehicle
• Your ratings, feedback and support conversations
• Your push notification token

What we have to keep, and for how long

Some records cannot be deleted immediately, because Indian tax and company law requires us to retain them:

• Invoices and payment records — retained for up to five years, as required for tax and accounting. These are kept restricted and are not used to contact you.
• Records needed for an ongoing dispute or legal claim — retained until it is resolved.
• Anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you — these may be kept indefinitely.

Everything outside that is removed.

Changed your mind

If you ask us within 7 days of the request, and the deletion has not yet been carried out, we can stop it. After the account is deleted it cannot be restored, and you would need to register again.
