Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Briloora Mobility Pvt Ltd ("Briloora", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses and protects information about you when you use our app, website or services. We are compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

01 Information we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver our service:

  • Account information — name, phone number, email, vehicle make & model, parking location.
  • Service data — bookings, photos uploaded by our partners (before/after), ratings, complaint reports.
  • Payment information — handled by PCI-compliant gateways. We never store full card numbers or UPI PINs.
  • Device data — basic logs like device type, app version, IP address used for security and crash diagnostics.

02 How we use it

Your data is used to provide and improve the service:

  • Match you to the right cleaner partner and route them to your slot.
  • Send service updates (push, SMS, WhatsApp) and monthly summaries.
  • Handle payments, refunds, insurance claims.
  • Detect fraud and abuse.

03 What we never do

  • We never sell your data to third parties.
  • We never share data with advertising networks.
  • We never read or analyse the contents of your in-app messages.
  • We never use your data to train external AI models.

04 Who we share with

We share the minimum required information with:

  • Your cleaner partner — name, vehicle, slot. No phone number unless you call them.
  • Payment processors (Razorpay, Cashfree) and SMS gateways (MSG91).
  • Indian government authorities when legally compelled (we publish a transparency report yearly).

05 Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data. To exercise any of these, email privacy@briloora.in. We respond within 30 days as per DPDP guidelines.

06 Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, we keep transaction records for 7 years (income tax requirement). Photos older than 6 months are auto-purged.
